چکیده

An iterative algorithm is adopted to construct approximate representations of matrices describing the scattering properties arbitrary objects. The method based on implicit evaluation responses from iteratively generated excitations. does not require explicit knowledge any system (e.g., stiffness or impedance matrices) and well-suited for use with matrix-free full-wave solvers, such as FDTD, FEM, MLFMA. proposed allows significant speed-up compared direct construction a full transition matrix dyadic. applied characteristic mode decomposition arbitrarily shaped obstacles material distribution. Examples demonstrating complexity are studied several commercial software packages.

Rapid calculation of acoustic fields from arbitrary continuous-wave sources.

A Green's function solution is derived for calculating the acoustic field generated by phased array transducers of arbitrary shape when driven by a single frequency continuous wave excitation with spatially varying amplitude and phase. The solution is based on the Green's function for the homogeneous wave equation expressed in the spatial frequency domain or k-space. The temporal convolution in...

Combining Numerical Iterative Solvers

Given a linear system there are several solvers which can be used to solve it. However, according to the properties of the linear system different solvers may have different convergence speeds, or may even not converge at all. Nevertheless, it can be difficult to verify these properties in practice, mainly due to rounding errors, and there are also some cases where no direct property can be use...

Orders with One Iterative Characteristic Orders with One Iterative Characteristic

Table 6: The best orders of the S-boxes (p = 2 ?48). 6 Appendix This appendix describes 136 orders of DES S-boxes for which the maximal probability of two-round iterative characteristics is as in DES or smaller. Table 6 describes the orders whose best characteristics have probability 2 ?48 , which is lower than the best characteristic of DES. Table 7 describes the orders whose best characterist...
